We ship within the continental United States Only. We are sorry, we tried shipping outside the U.S. but unfortunately due to customs delay, exorbitant international shipping fees and returned packages we can no long ship beyond the continental United States.
It's important to clarify that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All items labeled with "Fast and Free" will be processed and shipped the same day when the order is placed before 3:00 pm Monday-Saturday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm; on Saturdays and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. "Fast and Free" Orders will be delivered 1-3 days after shipped. Items without the "Fast and Free" annotation will be delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Once your package is shipped, it should arrive within 2-6 business days depending on your location. But at this point we are no longer in control of your package, if shipping delays do occur we apologize. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when your package ships from our warehouse. We offer flat standard shipping rates as follow:
We will offer also an expedited shipping rate that will be calculated and displayed at checkout for each order. Some oversized and/or overweight items are excluded from the flat rate and their shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
While we select the shipper and the fast delivery times, we are like the rest of the world and have to understand that sometimes it may take just a little longer due to global shortages for shipping services and employees of those companies.
Due to logistics related to oversized and overweight products, please expect processing times of 3 – 7 business days.
At checkout you will see a handling fee for oversized products, which refers to the lift gate required. All orders will be processed with the assumption that lift gate, pallet jack, residential delivery and call for appointment are required unless otherwise noted.
Please note that all deliveries are for “curbside delivery” unless previously arranged beforehand.
Any changes to delivery service once the order has left the building, including but not restricted to: re-consignment, white glove, storage, will incur additional shipping charges.
Rfdny will not be held responsible for any issues that arise as a result of Customer OR Consumer unloading of product.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
At Rfdny we are committed to exceptional service and products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gift or its delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our florists uses only the freshest flowers available for their hand-made bouquets to ensure that you can send flowers with confidence. And since every arrangement is personally delivered, we offer same-day delivery on most orders.
Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday, and before 12:00 pm on Saturdays. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following business day. We do not deliver on Sundays.
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
You can skip the delivery fees with free local pickup at our store located at 1561 Western Ave, Albany, NY 12203. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours for orders placed before 3:00 pm, Monday - Saturday. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following business day. We do not offer pickup on Sundays. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
